First, I need to report that one of the drawers came damage. Piece 'Q', the bottom portion was separated from the rest of the piece.
Second, putting the Armoire together took a lot of time. I wanted to take my time, so that I would get it right. In the end, I was disappointed with the finished product. No matter how many times I tried and retried, I was unable to get the doors to align with each other. From a distance, they look fine, but when you are in front of it, it is easily seen that they are off by 1/8 of an inch, just enough to drive you crazy. The reason for the 'Not Practical' comment is because of the depth of the Armoire, perhaps it is not practical for an adult male. The depth is not enough to fit a standard hanger, so I went out an purchased the small 13" hangers, just to be used in this Armoire. On the left side, I am only able to hang pants and polo shirts, which was not my intentions, but those were the only garments that would fit, because the suits and dress shirts were too long and reached the bottom of the section. The hanging section on the right side is totally useless to me. I am not that tall, only 5' 10", but there's nothing that I tried would fit in that section; pants, polo shirts, dress shirts. Perhaps this would be better suited for a petite woman or for a child, where those closes are a lot smaller/shorter, but definitely not for an average size male adult. Unfortunately it is not something that I am willing to spend the time to take a part just to return it, so I guess I am stuck with it until I can figure out how best to use it in a limited capacity.
